This simple application comes handy when one is in a need of converting coordinates noted in different flavours of degree notations into decimal notation.
Simply paste or type your coordinate into the text box and click convert. If the application can't recognise it, try specifying your notation pattern in the Custom Pattern Builder.

In a case one's coordinate notation does not meet the 'standards' there is still a chance it's
possible to parse and convert it automatically.
To do so, one has to specify the pattern that describes one's notation. One needs
to let the converter know what are the hemisphere indicators in ones notation (North, South, East
& West). Converter also needs to know what are the symbols used to mark degrees, minutes and seconds. As long as
they are sensible and do not contain strings that were already used for the hemisphere indicators (and
vice versa), the application is likely to parse and convert the supplied coordinate.
